It looks like coral but I’m guessing it’s that hybrid between broccoli and cauliflower.
It’s fractal broccoli, AKA Romanesco broccoli. They have it at Zupan’s. Apparently delicious, but how do you cut it up?

I’m guessing something in the kale family. I think I see a drop of water…that gives scale. The tip of one of the thingies is browned… probably meaning not a coral or something. Broccoli?
